In this interactive holiday shopping guide, AT&T’s charming customer service rep Lily helped customers find the perfect gift. By answering multiple choice questions, they chose what happened in the video, shaping the story and affecting the outcome: useful gift recommendations for anyone on your list.
People could interact on their own devices or control the experience on TV screens in-store using the remote displayed on their phones.
WINTER WONDERLAND
Customers were given unexpected moments of joy throughout the store. Using their own device to launch web-based AR experiences, shoppers simply scanned wall graphics with their camera to unlock seasonal games and wintry portals.
